Medicare Deductible and Premium Information for 2012

Most Medicare beneficiaries will see a decrease in some of their out of pocket costs for 2012. Most of the Part B premium costs have decreased, as has the Part B deductible. Please note there have been minor increases to the Part A out of pocket costs for 2012.

Please note that there will still be a 50% discount on all drugs purchased in the donut hole in 2012 and the full retail cost of the prescriptions will count toward the “donut hole tally” of $4,700.
