BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, July 1, 2008 - William Gallagher Associates (“WGA”) has again been named a leading broker by the Towers Perrin 2007 Directors' and Officers' (D&O) Liability Survey of Insurance Purchasing and Claims Trends, with an overall ranking as the second largest practice in the United States.

WGA was also named the #1 broker to the Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical, Technology and Utilities industry sectors, #2 within the Non-Banking Financial Services and Transportation & Communications areas, and ranked #3 in Health Services.
